## The rule

At the start of **every work session**, and again **before starting any new milestone**, fetch this page and read the bulletin. The newest bulletin entry overrides older docs and anything you remember. If this page is unreachable, tell Preben — do not guess.

## Bulletin (newest first)

**2026-08-15 — Your tester address is claimed; web tester is ON HOLD.** `https://stern-webapp.pages.dev` now serves your branded placeholder, and the family tester hub at `https://eirven.app/tester/` shows a brand selector (before any sign-in) that already links to it. Read the new "Your tester address" section in [common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md](common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md). **Do not build the browser tester until Preben explicitly greenlights it here.** When greenlit, it ships with the full sign-in gate — never a gateless demo. Your current milestone remains the bootstrap gate.

**2026-08-15 — Bootstrap gate is now mechanical.** Building your own UI that resembles Eirven is a **bootstrap failure**. The only accepted path: extract the b48 source archive (delivered to you as a zip by Preben) and work inside that codebase. Milestone 1 acceptance = run `sh reference/verify-bootstrap.sh <your-app-folder>` and paste Preben the **full BOOTSTRAP VERIFIED output**. Screenshots alone are not acceptance evidence. **2026-08-15 — Web channel playbook added (doc 11).** Stage A reviews happen in the preview panel only — no deploys. Stage B tester page deploys to **your own Pages project only**. **NEVER deploy to the `eirven` or `eirven-webapp` projects — those are the live Porsche flagship.** Read [common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md](common/11-WEB-CHANNEL-PLAYBOOK.md) before any deploy.

**2026-08-15 — Stern Performance Center scope.** Keep both sub-tabs: **Timing** (GPS meter) + **Tuning** (order form). Same liability wall and declarations as the flagship.

**2026-08-15 — Emissions policy current version.** Deletes available behind owner-responsibility declaration; web order form only, not in Play bundles. Docs 01/02 carry the current wording.
